There’s no need to rent a car to get around Playa del Carmen as literally everything is within walking distance. In addition, the nearest taxi station is located half a block away and the bus station is only a few blocks away.

1st Floor

Located on the first level are a half bathroom, the kitchen, pantry and laundry room, as well as the dining and living rooms. These areas are air-conditioned, beautifully decorated, warm and inviting, and have marble tile with the exception of the living room which is carpeted.
The dining table seats eight and four more guests can sit on bar stools at the kitchen counter. The open design is ideal for entertaining, providing clear view from the kitchen through the dining room into the living room.
The living room is furnished with two large and comfortable couches and two individual chairs with corresponding ottomans. These are oriented towards the 42” flat panel Plasma television hooked up to satellite service offering US channels. Small outdoor planters provide a pleasant view outside the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, gas stove/oven, microwave oven, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The kitchen is spacious enough for multiple cooks and has all the necessities for preparing delicious meals.
Pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, cutlery, storage containers, and seasonings are all provided. A large pantry provides plenty of storage space for grocery store purchases and supplies.
The laundry room is furnished with both washer and dryer making doing laundry easy and convenient.
2nd Floor

Two private, spacious, air-conditioned, and carpeted bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each has a private, marble tiled full bathroom.
The east bedroom is furnished with 1 king size bed and 1 full size bed with additional twin size trundle/pull-out bed available if required (perfect for kids). The east bedroom is also furnished with night tables, ample closet space, dresser, and luggage rack. A keyed room safe is provided for storing valuables.
The west bedroom is also furnished with 1 king size bed; 1 full size bed with additional twin size trundle/pull-out bed; night tables; ample closet space; a dresser; and luggage rack. As in the east bedroom, a keyed room safe is also provided for storing valuables.
Maximum capacity for each room: 5 guests.
3rd Floor

On the third floor is the exceptionally sized master suite as well as the 4th bedroom.
The marble tiled master suite is air-conditioned, furnished with 1 king size bed, night tables, ample closet, dresser, and room safe. Double sinks and a marble tiles walk-in shower and dressing area provide a touch of luxury to the master suite. A toilet and bidet are located in their own private space.
Maximum capacity: 2 persons.
4th Bedroom

Adjacent to the master suite is what we affectionately call The 4th Bedroom. This room is smaller than the other bedrooms, but just as cozy and comfortable. It is carpeted, air-conditioned and furnished with 1 king size bed; night tables; ample closet; and a dresser. This bedroom, as all others, has its own private, marble tiled bathroom.
Maximum capacity: 2 guests
NOTE: The master suite and The 4th Bedroom have their own separate entrances but are adjoining with a sliding, non-transparent glass door separating the two. The sliding door can either be open to join both rooms or closed to create two individual and private rooms.
Spectacular Roof Top Terrace

This awesome space if offered as an optional amenity exclusively for 7-night reservations at an additional nominal fee. The roof-top terrace not only adds an additional 1000 square feet of outdoor living space but also provides groups with substantial and additional amenities.
The roof-top terrace is accessible through the master suite and offers an exotic thatch roof (palapa) lounge area; a covered bar with barstools; compact fridge; a gas BBQ grill and cooking area; large Coleman ice cooler and Coleman 5-gallon cooler; shaded dining table for 8; sunning area with two chaise lounges; and an outdoor shower.
It’s a versatile area perfect for doing yoga at dawn; worshipping the sun in the afternoon; cooling down afterwards in an outdoor shower; then ending the day lounging under palapa fans enjoying a tropical drink or a cold beer, savoring a sumptuous barbecued meal, and/or watching an incredible sunset.

• Security Deposit: $300 USD fully refundable within ten business days of departure providing there is no property damage.
• 10% gratuity is not included in our rate.

• 50% of the reservation total required with 15 days of making reservation.
• Balance of payment due 60 days prior to arrival.

• Payment methods: Credit cards via PayPal (3% for this service), personal checks drawn on US banks, or bank to bank wire transfers to our US account (add $20 USD for this method).
